Ulchsky District is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the seventeen in Khabarovsk Krai, Russia. It is located in the east of the krai and named after the indigenous Ulch people. The area of the district is 39,128 square kilometers (15,107 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality of Bogorodskoye. Population: 18,729 (2010 Russian census); 23,930 (2002 Census); 28,746 (1989 Soviet census).
