The 1903 Iowa State Cyclones football team represented Iowa State College of Agricultural and Mechanic Arts as an independent during the 1903 college football season. In their second season under head coach A. W. Ristine, the Cyclones compiled an 8–1 record, shut out five of nine opponents, and outscored all opponents by a combined total of 202 to 59.
