text: Kiryat Bialik is a city in the Haifa District in Israel. The city was established on July 18, 1934, during the Fifth Aliyah, and was initially called 'German Immigrants' Neighborhood'. It is one of the five Krayot suburbs to the north of Haifa. In 2022 it had a population of 44,620. The city was named after the poet Hayim Nahman Bialik.
