Gordon Edwards is the president and co-founder of of the nonprofit organization Canadian Coalition for Nuclear Responsibility. He graduated from the University of Toronto in 1961 with a gold medal in Mathematics and Physics and a Woodrow Wilson Fellowship. He later obtained two master's degrees from the University of Chicago, and in 1972, he obtained a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Queen's University.
