title: Ziziphin
text: Ziziphin, a triterpene glycoside which exhibits taste-modifying properties, has been isolated from the leaves of Ziziphus jujuba (Rhamnaceae). Among ziziphin's known homologues found in this plant, it is the most anti-sweet.
