Yuri Andreyevich Osipyan was a Soviet, Russian-Armenian physicist who worked in the field of solid-state physics. Osipyan was born in Moscow and graduated from Georgy Kurdyumov's class at Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys in 1955.
