Yuliya Sergeyevna Pechonkina, née Nosova is a Russian former athlete who specialized in the 400 metres hurdles and 4 × 400 metres relay. She was previously married to former sprinter Evgeny Pechonkin. She held the world record in 400 m hurdles for almost 16 years until it was broken by Dalilah Muhammad on 28 July 2019 and the rarely contested 4 × 200 metres relay indoor.
