Yoram Elron (born 24 February, 1960) is an Israeli diplomat who has been the Israeli Ambassador to Bulgaria from August 2019, until August 2023. Yoram Elron served in the IDF between 1978 and 1981, in the artillery corps. Prior to joining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he worked at the Government Press Office, as coordinator for foreign media. Before his appointment as Ambassador to Bulgaria, Yoram Elron held the position of Deputy Director General for Africa between 2015 and 2019. During his
