The Yingzidu Dam is a concrete-face rock-fill dam on the Sancha River, a tributary of the Wu River, in Pingba County of Guizhou Province, China. The purpose of the dam is hydroelectric power production and flood control. It supports a 360 MW power station located just downstream. At a normal elevation of 1,086 m (3,563 ft) the reservoir withholds 455,000,000 m3 (369,000 acre⋅ft) but it can hold up to 531,000,000 m3 (430,000 acre⋅ft) in the event of a flood.
