Xylophanes schreiteri is a moth of the family Sphingidae. It is known from Argentina and Bolivia. The wingspan is 71–92 mm. It is similar to Xylophanes resta, but both forewings and hindwings are apically more falcate and the outer margin of the forewing is straighter. Furthermore, distal to discal spot on the forewing upperside there is a dark brown dash running parallel and sometimes connected to the first postmedian line, which is stronger and reaches closer to the apex.
