text: William Carlton Woods was a farmer and political figure in Saskatchewan. He represented Kinistino from 1948 to 1952 in the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan as a Liberal. He was born in Tamworth, Ontario, the son of Stuart B. Woods and Mary F. Cleworth, and was educated in Napanee, Oakville and Elm Creek, Manitoba.
