Walter Francis "Wally" Timpone is a former Associate Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court, having been sworn on May 2, 2016. He was nominated to the Supreme Court by Governor Chris Christie and confirmed by the New Jersey Senate in April 2016. He resigned on August 31, 2020. Timpone had previously been a partner in the law firm of McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP and a member of the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission.
