Volo Festival Volo is a village located in the North Tongu District in the Volta Region of Ghana. It is about 50 miles from the capital Accra. Volo is known for the TUGBEDZO- ZA FESTIVAL celebrated by the chiefs and the good people in the Volo traditional area because a bomb sent from Denmark never exploded.
