Victory+ is an over-the-top streaming venture created by the Dallas Stars of the NHL to bring their games to local fans for free. In July 2024, the Stars signed a 7-year contract with Calgary-based A Parent Media Co., Inc. (APMC) to create the ad-supported streaming service. Their games had previously been broadcast by Bally Sports Southwest.
