Viktor Stepanovich Polishchuk is a Ukrainian oligarch. The owner of the electronics chains "Technopolis" and "Eldorado", BC "Gulliver" in Kyiv, "Bank Mykhailivskyi", construction companies. According to Forbes, in 2013 he ranked №71 among the richest people in Ukraine.
