Vanishing Twin are a London-based experimental trio, founded in 2015. The group is led by singer and guitarist Cathy Lucas, formerly a member of Fanfarlo, and have released four albums: Choose Your Own Adventure (2016), The Age of Immunology (2019), Ookii Gekkou (2021), and "Afternoon X" (2023). The band's name refers to the fetal absorption of Lucas's twin during pregnancy. The band consists of Cathy Lucas on vocals, Valentina Magaletti on drums, and bassist Susumu Mukai.
