Utladalen Landscape Protection Area is adjacent to Jotunheimen National Park, covering Utladalen, Norway's deepest valley. It is located about 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) northeast of Øvre Årdal in the municipality of Årdal in Vestland county, Norway. The landscape protection area was established 1980 and covers about 300 square kilometres (120 sq mi) at an elevation of about 1,000 metres (3,300 ft) above sea level.
