USS Meriwether (APA-203) was a Haskell-class attack transport that saw service with the US Army in World War II. Meriwether was laid down 27 July 1944 by Kaiser Shipbuilding of Vancouver, Washington, launched 18 October 1944 and commissioned 4 November 1944.
