U.S. Route 301 (US 301) is a 170-mile-long (270 km) U.S. Highway in the U.S. state of Georgia. It travels south-to-north from the St. Marys River south-southeast of Folkston to the Savannah River north-northeast of Sylvania, via Folkston, Jesup, Ludowici, Glennville, Claxton, Statesboro, and Sylvania. The highway is concurrent with various state highways in Georgia. It uses SR 4/SR 15 from the Florida state line to Homeland, SR 23 from Folkston to Glennville, SR 38 from Jesup to Ludowici, SR 57
