Torre del Compte or La Torre del Comte is a municipality located in the Matarraña/Matarranya, province of Teruel, Aragon, Spain. According to the 2004 census (INE), the municipality has a population of 169 inhabitants. It is an eminently agricultural village and most of its inhabitants work in the fields. It is located next to the river Matarraña, with a narrow but fertile plain that produces cherries and peaches, with the mountains of Beceite in the background. Its main monument is the Baroque
