Tony N. Leung is a United States magistrate judge of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. Leung is the first Asian Pacific American judge in Minnesota. In 1994, he was appointed as a District Court Judge for the Fourth Judicial District of Minnesota by Minnesota Governor Arne H. Carlson.
