Timothy Denny Baldwin is a former Australian politician. He was a Country Liberal Party member of the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly from 1994 to 2005, representing first Victoria River (1994–2001) and then Daly (2001–2005). Baldwin was born in Darwin, Northern Territory, and worked as an electrical contractor, a farmer and in the tourism industry, and was active in local politics. He was elected to the Legislative Assembly at the 1994 election, defeating incumbent Labor MP Gary Cartwri
