text: Thomas Clayton Davis was a lawyer, judge, diplomat and political figure in Saskatchewan. He represented Prince Albert in the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan from 1925 to 1939 as a Liberal. He was born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, the son of Thomas Osborne Davis, and was educated there and at St. John's College and Osgoode Hall.
