text: Telesio Interlandi was an Italian journalist and propagandist. He was one of the leading advocates of antisemitism in Fascist Italy. Born in Chiaramonte Gulfi, Interlandi took his degree in law and became a journalist, writing for such papers as Il Travaso delle idee, La Nazione, and Impero before joining Il Tevere in 1924. Under Interlandi, this paper became the first distributor of antisemitic propaganda in the mainstream Italian press. In this respect, he became associated with Roberto Farina
