Szarłat is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Goworowo, within Ostrołęka County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) south-west of Goworowo, 27 km (17 mi) south of Ostrołęka, and 76 km (47 mi) north-east of Warsaw.
