Sybil C. Koff, known primarily as Syd Koff, born Sybil Tabachnikoff, later known as Sybil Cooper was an American sprinter, hurdler, broad jumper, high jumper, shot putter, and triathlete. She competed in the 1932 Maccabiah Games in Mandatory Palestine, winning four gold medals, and at the 1935 Maccabiah Games, winning three gold medals.
