Sverre Moen was a Norwegian politician for the Christian Democratic Party. He was born in Fræna as a son of farmer Albert Moen (1883–1957) and housewife Anna Pauline Rødal (1887–1970). He pursued agricultural education and worked as a secretary, consultant and municipal agronomist between 1943 and 1977. From 1977 to 1987, he served as the director of Felleskjøpet in Nordmøre and Romsdal. He was a member of Fræna school board from 1953 to 1963, and the municipal council from 1955 to 1959 and 1963
