Steiner Arvid Kvalø was a Norwegian fisherman and politician for the Labour Party. He was born in Vikna in a fisher's family, and was a fisherman himself from 1946 to 1973. He was a member of Vikna municipal council from 1955 to 1971 and 1979 to 1983. He served as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway from Nord-Trøndelag during the terms 1969–1973, 1973–1977, 1977–1981. He was a full member from October 1973 following the death of Johan Støa, and throughout that term. Among several
