Stary Paczków is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Paczków, within Nysa County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the Czech border. It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) east of Paczków, 22 km (14 mi) west of Nysa, and 69 km (43 mi) west of the regional capital Opole. It is located within the historic region of Lower Silesia.
