Stanley Copp was a politician in Manitoba, Canada. He served in the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba as a Liberal-Progressive from 1953 to 1958. Copp was born in Winnipeg and educated in North Kildonan, now part of the City of Winnipeg. He first worked as a market gardener and later opened a restaurant in 1959. He was a councillor on the Rural Municipality of North Kildonan from 1945–1954 and later served as Mayor of North Kildonan from 1964-1965. Copp won the Liberal-Progressive nomination for
