St. George is a city in the U.S. state of Louisiana's East Baton Rouge Parish. It has a population of 86,316 and is the fifth most-populous city in Louisiana. St. George is the newest incorporated city in Louisiana and was approved in a ballot initiative on October 12, 2019. Upon incorporation, it became the second largest city in East Baton Rouge Parish.
