Sphingomonas phyllosphaerae is a species of bacteria. It was first isolated from the phyllosphere of a leguminous tree, Acacia caven, in central Argentina. It is Gram-negative, strictly aerobic, rod-shaped and motile. Its type strain is FA2(T).
