Skotniki is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Aleksandrów, within Piotrków County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) south-west of Aleksandrów, 29 km (18 mi) south-east of Piotrków Trybunalski, and 73 km (45 mi) south-east of the regional capital Łódź. Skotniki lies on the Pilica River. It contains a church from the year 1528 and a manor house with a park from the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries. Skotniki is a famous summer resort.
