text: The Sitte is a river in Yakutia, Russia. It is a left tributary of the Lena with a length of 431 kilometres (268 mi). Its drainage basin area is 8,250 square kilometres (3,190 sq mi). The name of the river is based on the Yakut word "satyy" (сатыы), meaning "low".
