Sir William Armine, 2nd Baronet was an English politician who sat in the House of Commons from 1646 to 1653. Armine was born at Ruckholt, the son of Sir William Airmine, 1st Baronet and his first wife, Elizabeth Hicks, daughter of Sir Michael Hicks, of Beverstone Castle, Gloucestershire, and of Ruckholt, in Low Leyton, Essex.
