Sidney B. Silverman was a trial lawyer specializing in stockholder actions. He began in 1957 and retired in 2001. Silverman lectured before legal and business groups. In the fall of 1983, he was appointed an adjunct professor at Yale University. Silverman died on November 4, 2021, after a lengthy illness.
