Jacob Shmuel Boteach, known as Shmuley Boteach, is an American rabbi, author, and media host. He is the author of 31 books, including the best-seller Kosher Sex: A Recipe for Passion and Intimacy (1999) and Kosher Jesus (2012). He hosted two seasons of the reality television series Shalom in the Home on TLC. Newsweek named him one of the 10 most influential rabbis in the United States, and The Jerusalem Post named him one of the fifty most influential Rabbis in the world.
