The Seaborn Goodall House in Screven County near Sylvania, Georgia was built in 1815. It is a Plantation Plain-style house. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977. It has also been known as the Goodall-Dell House and locally as the Dell-Goodall House. It was built in Jacksonborough, a former town which was the county seat of Screven County from 1795 to 1847, by Seaborn Goodall. According to the house's NRHP nomination, The house now owned by the D.A.R.
