Scrobipalpa maniaca is a moth in the family Gelechiidae. It was described by Povolný in 1969. It is found in China (Xinjiang), Afghanistan, Mongolia, Russia, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. Larvae have been recorded within galls of Stefaniola deformans.
