Savoryellaceae is a family of aquatic based fungi. It is the only family in the monotypic order Savoryellales within the class Sordariomycetes, division Ascomycota. The family contains the genera: Ascotaiwania, Canalisporium, Dematiosporium, Monotosporella, Neoascotaiwania and lastly, Savoryella.
