Sąpy is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Młynary, within Elbląg County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) south of Młynary, 22 km (14 mi) east of Elbląg, and 67 km (42 mi) north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
