Rozzano Rufino "Ruffy" Bunoan Biazon is a Filipino politician currently serving as the mayor of Muntinlupa since 2022. He previously represented Muntinlupa's at-large district in the Philippine House of Representatives from 2001 to 2010 and from 2016 to 2022.
