Rolando “Rolly” Abadilla was a Filipino politician and Philippine Constabulary (PC) officer best known for heading the PC Metropolitan Command's Intelligence and Security Group under the dictatorship of Ferdinand Marcos, which the unit became notorious for numerous documented human rights abuses.
