Sir Robert Vernon KB (1577–1625) was an English landowner, courtier and politician who sat in the House of Commons from 1621 to 1622. Vernon was the son of John Vernon of Hodnet, Shropshire and his wife Elizabeth Devereux, daughter of Sir Richard Devereux. He was the brother of Elizabeth Vernon, Countess of Southampton, and of Susan Vernon, second wife of Sir Walter Leveson, and a first cousin of Robert Devereux, 2nd Earl of Essex.
