Robert Noel Douglas was an English first-class cricketer, teacher and priest. He was the second son of Sir Robert Kennaway Douglas (1838–1913) and Rachel Charlotte Kirkby née Fenton (1842–1921). He was educated at Dulwich and Selwyn College, Cambridge. He represented Cambridge University, Surrey and Middlesex as a right-handed batsman. His brothers A.P., James and Sholto also played first-class cricket. In 1888 he was appointed Assistant Master at Dulwich College Preparatory School; then at Uppi
