Riley Senft is a Canadian humanitarian, prostate cancer activist, and ultramarathon athlete. On May 7, 2011, Senft set out to run approximately 6,600 km across Canada to raise awareness of prostate cancer and the importance of early detection of the disease, and to raise funds for prostate cancer research.
