Richard Frank Stika is an American prelate of the Catholic Church who served as the third bishop of the Diocese of Knoxville in Tennessee from 2009. Stika resigned as bishop of Knoxville in 2023 at the request of Pope Francis. He had been accused of covering up the rape of a diocesan employee by a former seminarian, among other allegations of misconduct and mismanagement.
