Richard Paul Conaboy was an American jurist who was United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He served as an air corps sergeant in the United States Army from 1945 to 1947 before receiving a law degree from the Columbus School of Law. He spent some time in private practice before serving in state legal and judicial roles in Pennsylvania.
