Red Doors is a 2005 American independent comedy drama film written and directed by Georgia Lee. Inspired by the director's own family, the film tells the coming of age story of a Chinese American family in the New York City suburbs. While the film's title refers to the red door of the Wongs' New York home, the color red is generally said to bring good luck in Chinese culture.
