Ray Abrams was an American animator and director. He began his career as an animator at Walter Lantz Productions, and also worked for the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer cartoon studio and Hanna-Barbera. Abrams was born in 1906 and was raised on a property in Salt Lake City, Utah. Abrams began his career at Walt Disney Productions in the late 1920s where he worked as an animator for the Alice Comedies and Oswald The Lucky Rabbit, then migrating to Charles Mintz's studio along with most of Disney's former st
